Please note that, because of forecasted rainfall this weekend, we will NOT be carrying out resurfacing works in Phase 6, from B4036 Long Buckby to B5385 Watford this weekend.
However, we will be carrying out main drainage works in Phase 6 from 8pm Friday 22nd until 6am Saturday 23rd November instead.
This means that the A5 will remain open between Kilsby and Weedon from 6am Saturday 23rd to 8pm Monday 25th November 2019. . From 8pm Monday 25th to 6am Friday 29th November 2019, we are planning to return to Phase 7, from B5385 Watford to A361 at Kilsby roundabout. to carry out drainage works.
The postponed resurfacing works in Phase 6 are now planned between 8pm Friday 29th November and 6am Monday 2nd December 2019.
