Notice of Works

Some time ago you may have seen in the Parish minutes that the Council, recognising that the existing CCTV system in the Market Square was no longer fit for purpose, agreed to install a new state-of-the-art system. The output from the new cameras will be transmitted to monitoring centre & control room shared with CCTV systems presently operating in Daventry Town & several other Northants Council areas.

Please note that work on installing the new equipment & signage will commence shortly.

As well as new cameras, an additional camera support post will be erected on the grass area opposite the bus shelter in the Square.

Use of the old system will be phased out as the new system is phased in.
